Codependents hurt and damge their partner’s confidence similar to how narcissists do! Finger pointing and name calling and arguing about who is the bigger victim goes no where and it is time the maddness stops. There is a lack of personal skills, responsibility and self knowledge that operates on both sides of the narcissistic/codependence dance. The destruction can only end when one party ‘stops playing the game’. These are disorders of how people relate and so can’t be dealt with in isolation. Only working through this together can better strength and personal habits be built.
